TUMBLING 101

INTRO TO BACKHANDSPRINGS

ALL HANDSPRINGS

This class is designed to introduce basic tumbling skills while creating a fun and

supportive environment to build a strong foundation.

This class focuses on teaching the fundamental skills of tumbling, including handstands, bridges, cartwheels, round-offs, as well as front and back walkovers. It is designed to build a strong foundation and prepare athletes for progression into Level 1.

This class is designed to focus on standing and running back handsprings, including

multiple handsprings and specialty skills that connect into back handsprings.

TUCKS & LAYOUTS

TWISTING

OPEN GYM

This class is designed to teach you the proper shape and striking angles for tucks and layouts. Standing tucks, aerials and other airborne skills for levels 3/4.

This class is designed to teach you the proper technique for twisting while airborne.

Whether you're just starting to learn twists or working toward mastering a double full, this course will guide you step-by-step to help you confidently perform any twisting skill.

Open gym is a one hour or two hour session where anyone can come to work on any skill they want. The environment is open and relaxed so the athlete does not feel pressured. We offer full range spotting from back walkovers to fulls.

We offer classes to High School, Recreational and Pop Warner cheerleading teams during the season! We will cater our classes to fit your teams needs!
